Through these undergraduate works in ink, I explore figures in ecstasy and pathos and develop my interests in the graphic and the theatrical. By applying ink on paper directly with my hands, I learned to recognize the import of artist interacting with artwork, as well as the interplay of media and message that is today central to my visual essays.
